Inbound Call Center Assistant

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of clients, handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring every caller feels heard, understood, and helped. No scripts, no robotic conversations—just real people helping real people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Answering inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting customers with a variety of queries, from account questions to product support
• Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
• Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across different industries
• Logging call details, updating records, and following up where needed
• Collaborating with a supportive team to continuously improve service
What We’re Looking For:
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
• Comfortable using computers and navigating systems while speaking to customers
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential—we provide full training
