Come build with us!About the RoleLyric is hiring an Implementation Solution Architect (Director Level) to lead the design and delivery of high-impact customer solutions on our AI-native supply chain platform. This is a senior, customer-facing role accountable for translating real-world supply chain challenges into scalable, high-value solutions built on Lyric’s composable platform.You will partner closely with customers, Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers), and Product and Engineering teams to bring the best of Lyric’s capabilities to life—whether by building simulation models, improving planning workflows, or embedding predictive intelligence. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in one of three areas: modeling and scenario analysis, operational planning and execution, or AI/ML-based prediction use cases.What You’ll DoCustomer Engagement and Solution LeadershipServe as the lead architect on strategic customer implementations from discovery to go-liveDesign end-to-end solutions tailored to customer objectives, leveraging Lyric’s platform capabilitiesLead value-driven discovery sessions and technical design workshopsBuild strong, consultative relationships with business and IT stakeholdersPartner cross-functionally with internal delivery, product, and data teams to ensure solution alignmentPlatform Architecture and Technical DesignTranslate business requirements into integrated solutions using Lyric’s modeling, orchestration, and data science componentsArchitect modular workflows that balance reusability, flexibility, and performanceProvide hands-on leadership in the design of data pipelines, optimization logic, user interfaces, and KPI frameworksEnsure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Lyric’s delivery standardsDomain Expertise in One of Three AreasCandidates should have strong working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:Modeling and AnalysisModeling, optimization and simulation of supply chain networks, inventory strategies, transportation flows, and sourcing policies. You’ll use Lyric’s modeling and analysis environment to deliver scenario planning capabilities that support strategic decisions like capacity expansion, network redesign, and production frequency planning.Planning and ExecutionOperational and tactical workflows such as demand forecasting, supply and replenishment planning, fulfillment optimization, and S&OP. You’ll help customers embed science into their planning logic and design end-to-end flows that balance service, cost, and inventory risk.Frontier Use Cases (AI and Machine Learning)Machine learning–driven forecasting, classification, and decision models. You’ll work alongside technical teams to deliver predictive capabilities such as dynamic demand prediction, anomaly detection, or customer segmentation, and ensure they’re operationalized into real planning workflows.Team Development and Internal CollaborationMentor teams and provide architectural guidance across the delivery teamContribute to reusable design patterns, accelerators, and best practicesActively share learnings with Customer Success Business Partners to drive cohesive account strategiesProvide feedback loops into Platform, Content, Sales and Engineering based on delivery experienceAbout You12+ years of experience in supply chain, technology consulting, or SaaS solution deliveryDeep fluency in at least one of the following: simulation modeling, planning and execution, or AI/ML use casesTrack record of leading end-to-end architecture and implementation for complex enterprise systemsFamiliarity with legacy systems / tools and ability to position Lyric as a modern alternativeExceptional communication skills across business and technical stakeholdersExperience managing delivery scope, aligning roadmaps, and influencing customer strategy
