Implementation Consultant, Automated Underwriting/Closing
Overview
Job Purpose
The Consultant for ICE Mortgage Technology's Data & Document Automation solution participates through the full project lifecycle by understanding client business and technical requirements, developing solutions, configuring, and testing. The Consultant is the day-to-day resource that works with customer resources to deliver and/or consult on the overall solution.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation support and issue resolution.
ā¢ Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations.
ā¢ Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs.
ā¢ Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products.
ā¢ Lead projects to completion
ā¢ Conduct testing and training with client users.
ā¢ Work closely with the client's project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support.
Knowledge and Experience
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in consulting
ā¢ Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus
ā¢ Knowledge of loan origination solutions
ā¢ Must have excellent communication and writing skills
ā¢ Excellent at understanding the problem before solving
ā¢ Manage time and deadlines
ā¢ Work in a cross-team collaboration model
ā¢ Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
