Overview: Healthcare Equipment Services Lead Engineer

Position can be remote (Work From Home 100%)

Security Reviews on Medical Equipment, Business Analysist on owned HTM applications

Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security.
Designs countermeasures as it pertains to clinical equipment, systems and software.
Administers security policies to control physical and virtual system access.
Collaborates with Mercy Technology Services in the development of security policies pertaining to clinical equipment, systems and software.
Manages infrastructure related to clinical equipment, systems and software security to ensure availability, recoverability, performance, integrity and supportability through production support and maintenance of existing network and development and implementation of multi-level security infrastructure enhancements.
Requires ability to collaborate with GE and Mercy Technology Services in the following activities:
Production Support administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced customer support for the existing multi-level security infrastructure.
Assists GE and Mercy Technology Services with deployment / implementation planning and executing the implementation of new network designs or configurations or enhancements to the existing multi-level security infrastructure for clinical equipment, systems and software.
Participates in the capital equipment process to ensure all Mercy Technology Services security reviews are performed, information documented in the CMDB and communication with appropriate vendors, GE and Mercy Technology Services.
Assists Mercy Technology Services in EPIC support as it pertains to clinical equipment, work lists and equipment on the network infrastructure.
Assist with other duties as it pertains to RTLS infrastructure at Mercy locations.
Assist with and support post implementation of Cohealo services for Mercy locations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Required Education: Bachelors degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Other: Experience in complex technology environmentGeneral familiarity with common security guidelines
