Compliance Attorney; TCPA

Position: Compliance Attorney (TCPA Experience) The Position A fast-growing marketing technology company is seeking a compliance attorney to support its Product Legal and Litigation team during a parental leave. This role will focus heavily on consumer consent and messaging compliance, including advising on TCPA-related issues and supporting audit requests. The team values strong communication, documentation, and collaboration in a high-velocity environment. This full-time, remote project will begin in the back half of March and is approximately five months in duration. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $85 and $90. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
