We are seeking Experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) as well as Compassionate and caring individuals who are looking to become a RBT to work in our innovative Center
$4,000 Incentive Plan for RBTs
Interested in becoming an RBT? We will provide the RBT 40 hour training course for the right candidates at no cost to you Key will help you step by step become RBT certified
Here's what we offer:

Here's what we need from you:
Education: High school Diploma or College Degree
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Sociology) preferred
Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
1-year ABA Experience
If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the child's success
Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism
Positivity & Patience: It's all about positive reinforcement and repetition
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
