Ā Accurately input and manage a large volume of data into various systems and databases
Ā Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections
Ā Maintain data entry logs and keep track of completed tasks
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
Ā Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered
Ā Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures
Ā Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent education
Ā Previous experience in data entry or other related administrative roles
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ā Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Ā Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ā Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Must be based in the Chicago, Illinois area
Ā Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work space
