Contract
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and life skills to students with diverse needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.
Assess and evaluate students' abilities and needs to inform instructional planning and intervention.
Advocate for students' rights and ensure compliance with special education regulations and policies.
Caseload: Elementary. More details will be discussed on the virtual interview.
Qualifications:
Degree in Special Education / Education or related field
Active State Teaching License
