 Host virtual meetings via Zoom to assess and discuss the insurance needs of individuals and families
 Guide clients through the enrollment process, offering advice, assistance, and solutions to meet their financial protection goals
 Address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely responses and expert advice
 Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless and efficient enrollment processes
 Maintain detailed records of client interactions and enrollment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
 Coachability  Open to feedback and eager to grow within the role
 Strong work ethic  Driven to achieve goals and deliver results
 Excellent time management  Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
 Outstanding communication skills  Active listening and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
 Self-motivated and reliable  Able to work independently in a remote environment
 Technology proficiency  Must have a Windows laptop/PC, reliable internet access, and a working camera
