We exist to serve our members and help them serve their communities through our innovative software products, services, and outstanding customer support. **The Role** As a Support Specialist - Customer Care & Billing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues within our software product, and collaborating with our development team to convey customer feedback. Your primary focus will be on assisting our members with all aspects of application support, including troubleshooting, training, and research.
