### Job Description

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a diligent and resourceful Remote Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HD Supply’s products and services.
- Assist customers in navigating the HD Supply website and online systems.

- **Communication:**
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring they receive up-to-date information about their inquiries and support tickets.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Identify recurring issues and propose effective solutions to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to escalate complex problems and provide feedback for system enhancement.

- **Administrative Tasks:**
- Perform data entry and maintain updates in customer databases.
- Organize and manage customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

- **Training and Development:**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Engage with team members to share best practices and improve customer service strategies.

### Requirements

- **Education & Experience:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer support or a related field.

- **Skill Set:**
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- **Personal Attributes:**
- Resourceful and hardworking; able to navigate challenges independently.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote communication tools.
