? Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
? Utilize industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if necessary).
Requirements
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred).
? Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
? Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
? Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
