As a Customer Service Rep, you will assist our customers that we have placed with one of our partnered insurance companies. In this unique full-time opportunity, our consultants work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded. You will be helping customers every day by ensuring their insurance needs are met, and they maintain their insurance policy with the coverage they require at a reasonable price.
Key Accountabilities:
• Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers.
• Answer questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history.
• Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers’ needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs. You will create opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, x-sale, re-shop and rewrite policies.
• Resolve customer issues, process payments, answer questions, process endorsements.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software, products and processes used by the organization.
• Maintain high call quality (QA) score, process adherence, and productivity metrics.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Resident state P&C license.
• Strong attention to detail/accuracy when collecting and entering data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/ rater environment.
• Experience working in a high volume and fast paced call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously.
• Strong reliable internet connection.
• Proactive in one’s own development; welcomes coaching as an opportunity to improve.
• High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal orientated environment.
• Experience with named non owner polices, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state fillings is a plus.
• Bilingual is a PLUS.
• Compensation: $20 per hour + monthly incentive
