Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator- Freshers to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in coordination, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to contribute to impactful hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
• Job Posting Management: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates, feedback, and next steps.
• Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing, screening resumes, and other hiring activities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, track metrics, and organize hiring-related documents.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and execute recruitment events, including career fairs and campus drives.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to support various hiring initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
