As part of the worldÂs largest online store, AmazonÂs RISC team protects Amazon customers from products that are illegal or otherwise restricted by Amazon policies. A Sr. Compliance Associate is responsible for protecting Amazon customers from products that are illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited /regulated by Law and Amazon policies. Duties may also include defining, applying, and defending regulatory policy and contractual requirements. Your job responsibilities as a Sr. Compliance Associate may include:
 Report violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative and corrective procedures
 Investigate products based on SOP with strong attention to details
 Follow SOP and instructions provided by managers
 Provides ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience
 Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to Lead/Manager
 Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.
 Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
 Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research  finding specific information about products in a timely manner.
About The Team
Compliance Health team acts as Âthe pulse of WW Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC)Â by developing process to reduce risk on our catalog, driving risk metrics, standardization and simplification of process, across all teams in RISC based on gaps or defects identified in a given process, re-evaluation of standard operating procedures and targeting new signals. WWCH team members are single threaded leaders with accountability to identify gaps and reduce risk on our catalog. The team prioritizes risk reduction and works with global program leads, to setup and standardize processes for risk reduction.
Basic Qualifications
 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
 Bachelor's degree
 Speak, write, and read fluently in English
 Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
 Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
 Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
 Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
