Taking ownership of projects in growth, sales, new product development, and operations
Coordinating change projects that have a direct impact on core business metrics
Acting as a proxy to the CEO in driving intermediate milestones and key results
Assisting and communicating with the leadership team to ensure seamless execution
Proposing improvements and initiatives to the CEO and leadership team
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO in key accounts management
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong academic background and a keen interest in business growth and development. Our ideal candidate is:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university with a major in a commercially relevant subject
Demonstrated hustle and commercial acumen through prior entrepreneurial initiatives (preferred)
Able to learn and implement quickly across many topics (preferred)
Available to work in the US time zone and potentially travel within the US
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
