Position Title: Non-IT Project Manager
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 09/30/2024

Expected Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Job Type: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $44/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Description:
Client is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Corporate Email Marketing team. The Corporate Email Marketing team is responsible for creating and executing successful email marketing programs for our business line customers. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in our email marketing efforts across the business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is detail oriented and data driven. This person will support the Business Analyst and ScrumMaster roles. This role works closely with email solutions architects, email campaign managers and business line partners.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
 Set up new campaigns and projects in current project workflow platform to kick off new campaigns
 Manage deliverables including creative assets, subscriber lists, and approvals
 Supports and updates tasks needed for each new campaign
 Creates kick off meetings, discovery calls, and requirements meetings
 Supports Business Analyst with simple requirements documentation
 Supports ScrumMaster for resource and sprint planning and transition to an Agile framework
 Collaborate with business line partners to plan and manage campaigns and larger projects
 Manage monthly audits and email evidence collection process
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Knowledge of Email marketing principles, best practices, and strategy
 Excellent organizational and project management skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
 Impeccable eye for detail
 Agile project management experience is desired
 Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is desired
