As a Lockbox Processor at PNC, you will play a crucial role in the Corporate and Institutional Banking Group by scanning receivables payments and entering invoice information for clients. Responsibilities
 Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures.

 Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

 Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.

 Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
,
 Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
,
 Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
 No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
,
 Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines.
,
 Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills.
,
 Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required.
