Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Assist with training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
