What youÂll be doing

People will be at the heart of what youÂll do, guaranteed. As a Talent Assessment Specialist at Adecco you will develop creative strategies to source for talent and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for professional services opportunities. You will have the autonomy and the support of a strong team to also manage current associates within our Applicant Tracking System, to assess their ongoing performance and placements with clients. Every day will require your ability to be a skilled communicator and to make decisions that will have a positive impact on our clients, our teams, and your career with a global leader in the staffing and recruiting industry.
About you
 High school diploma with some work experience
 Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships
 Excellent customer service and communication skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
 Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
 Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
