Create dashboard for ongoing survey series
Hi! I’m running a five-part survey series (SurveyMonkey) focused on hospital fundraising campaigns. I’m looking for a trusted partner to help me create a dynamic, user-friendly dashboard to analyze and share results.
Project Overview
Each survey includes a solid set of questions and has attracted strong participation:
- Survey 1: 119 responses
- Survey 2: 67 responses
- Survey 3: 53 responses (and counting)
The entire series will remain open for a few more months, and I need to start reviewing and sharing interim findings now. (To date, I've been pulling data in Excel, with some support from a friend who's been cleaning it through Python.)
My goal is to visualize results in a way that’s clear, easy to update, and accessible to non-technical users (like me!).
I have deep subject matter expertise in hospital philanthropy and a colleague helping clean and analyze the data (using Python). However, he doesn't have time to build a dashboard — and recommended I find a skilled freelancer here to help.
Timeline
Ideally, I’d like to get this up and running within the next 2–3 weeks. I'd need to check in again after our next surveys are run, to make sure that it's working the way we want it to.
What I’m Looking For in a Partner
You’re someone who:
- Has experience building dashboards with non-static/evolving datasets
- Can help me select a platform (such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, etc.) and explain options in layman's terms
- Can build something that's intuitive and easy for me to use/update
- Understands the importance of data confidentiality
- Is responsive, collaborative, and easy to work with
