Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk/Excel Professional, you will be responsible for entering data using a standard keyboard, verifying data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, and checking for accuracy and making corrections as required. You will work independently with accuracy, complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines, and possess excellent comparison skills. The ability to sit for an extended period of time while reviewing and keying onscreen data is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed
Verify data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting strict deadlines and productivity standards
Utilize computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, for data entry, report production, and document creation
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Special Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must be able to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors. The most qualified applicants will be required to take a typing test to verify this skill.

Experience entering data into a computer system
Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
Experience utilizing computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Well-qualified candidates will also have experience in the following areas:
Document capture/processing software, such as IBM Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), Kofax Capture, OnBase, etc.
Formal training in data entry, document processing, or a related field
