We are a premium residential cleaning service serving Bergen County, NJ and are seeking a reliable, professional freelancer to manage neighborhood community engagement and create communications designed to generate new customers.

This is NOT traditional social media marketing. We are looking for someone who understands local community etiquette and can engage authentically to build trust and attract new clients.

Primary Goal:

Generate new customers by building local visibility, trust, and referrals through helpful engagement and professionally written communications.

Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Community Engagement

Monitor local Facebook community groups and Nextdoor for posts seeking cleaning services

Alert us to opportunities and draft professional responses designed to win new clients

Respond to comments and recommendations in a warm, local tone

Encourage referrals and neighborhood word-of-mouth

Content & Communication Creation

Write helpful neighborhood posts that position us as the trusted local cleaning expert

Create seasonal tips and homeowner advice that attract homeowners

Draft responses for recommendation requests

Create short educational posts that build trust and generate inquiries

Reputation & Trust Building

Maintain a helpful, neighborly tone that attracts new customers

Build credibility within local communities

Avoid promotional or spammy language
