As a key member of our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group, you will play a vital part in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of our association's expense and asset distribution models. If you're a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Building a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners * Supporting the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Supporting internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Working with different data systems and delivering ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues * Archiving work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborating with Data Engineers and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans * Constructing vital dynamic structures and writing scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Supporting Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields * A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent leadership * Successful collaboration and time management abilities * You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * You have astounding written and oral communication skills * A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Certification in data analysis, data science, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
