A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to support vertical and industrial construction projects, with a strong emphasis on federal clients and compliance-driven environments. This role plays a critical part in preconstruction strategy, competitive bidding, and successful project delivery for complex building and facilities work.

This is an estimator-first position: ideal for someone who thrives in vertical construction, industrial facilities, and federal procurement environments, and who enjoys collaborating closely with operations, design teams, and leadership from pursuit through handoff.

Civil/site work experience is a plus, but heavy civil is not the core focus of this role.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
Health savings and flexible spending account options

Optional supplemental insurance programs
Generous paid time off that increases with tenure
Paid holidays, including a floating personal day

Benefit offerings may vary based on position and eligibility.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids under deadline pressure
• Ability to clearly communicate estimate assumptions, risks, and findings
• High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
