As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, developing reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with a dynamic company, with a strong focus on career development and professional growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings * Design and develop packages for internal clients * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Convert data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshoot technical issues * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Required Qualifications** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote data entry specialist, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment. arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
