As an Entry Level IT Support Role, you'll be part of a warm, friendly, and forward-thinking team responsible for supporting all aspects of IT Infrastructure. Your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders. You'll be meticulous and patient in your approach, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for living and breathing our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software issues.
Helpdesk Management: Ensure help desk tickets are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
User Management: Administer applications for user accounts.
Web Support: Assist customers with technical web-related queries.
Security and Compliance: Manage malware and attacks, password security, infrastructure security, cryptography, security vulnerabilities, and other related tasks.
