 Lead the digital transformation strategy for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
 Oversee the implementation and optimization of S4Hana across supply chain functions, including order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
 Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as Automation, AI and Advanced Analytics to streamline supply chain processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
 Develop and manage a roadmap for digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal... teams.
 Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain digital transformation.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree AND 12 years of global experience driving digital (IT) initiatives for supply chain operations coupled with S4Hana implementation and optimization experience.
 Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
 A Master's degree is preferred.
 Experience with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in a supply chain context.
 Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain digital transformation.
 Certification in supply chain management or related fields (e.g., APICS, CSCP, PMP).
 Strong understanding of order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment processes.
 Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
 Experience in the Life Sciences industry, including the reagents business and lifecycle.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
