As Deputy Sales Manager a positive image of Whole Foods Market Retail by delivering courteous, friendly and efficient service to both customers and fellow team members. The execution of these tasks must be in alignment with team and store Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
 Creates and preserves imaginative store arrangements and merchandise presentation.
 Assists the Team Leader in accomplishing objectives related to sales, procurement, and labor targets.
 Supports the Team Leader by analyzing sales, labor, and reports.
 Exhibits a refined understanding of the products and consistently stays informed on upcoming offerings.
 Maintains favorable interactions with vendors, establishes latest vendor links, and verifies that all necessary documents are accurately submitted for vendor handling.
 Works alongside the Team Leader to address and rectify any problems that arise within the team.
 Acts as a liaison and takes charge of departmental operations in the absence of the Team Leader.
 Committed to maintaining the highest levels of retail execution and meeting them consistently.
 Promotes an upbeat culture of collaboration, mutual courtesy, and remarkable spirits.
 Serves as a role model for promoting and upholding the WFM mission and goals.
 Stays cognizant of the customer traffic and demands and provides direction to the team members to ensure customer satisfaction and happiness; answers customer inquiries and concerns immediately.
 Ensuring a high-performing and low-departure team involves handpicking, educating, advancing, inspiring, and advising team members with diligence.
