Stay up-to-date on American Express products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a premium customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies
