We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' orders and enquiries are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Taking inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional service * Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy * Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and orders * Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication * Producing weekly reports to inform business decisions and drive growth * Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention **What We Offer:** In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive: * A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum * Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm * Great additional benefits, including staff incentives and loyalty holidays * Employee Welfare Fund (company-funded social events) * Access to our in-house Learning & Development team to help you grow and develop your skills **About You:** We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment.
