Job Overview

The Corporate Services Specialist is responsible for providing mail, package, print shop, beverage and events support services primarily to the corporate campus with some additional support to area offices. This includes general, upkeep and maintenance of all mailroom equipment and systems to ensure optimal working conditions and to minimize downtime. Processing, distributing, and tracking inbound and outbound mail and packages; and supplying paper to all campus printers, and copiers. They are also responsible for operating the company store as a benefit to our teammates and the routine hygiene maintenance of all on-campus fountain beverage equipment. Lastly, they oversee the operational support for high-profile campus events relative to room setups, beverage supply, and wayfinding.

Duties & Responsibilities
Performs upkeep and maintenance on corporate mailroom equipment and systems to maintain excellent working conditions, minimize downtime; monitoring orders of all Corporate Services supplies including mailroom, copier, copy, and shipping supplies to ensure appropriate inventory levels
Ensures mail is sorted and delivered throughout corporate facility twice daily
Ensuring out-going mail (including Certified, Return Receipt) is metered and picked up by USPS daily
Ensures all incoming, outgoing inter-company, inter-office mail is processed daily and that UPS and USPS packages are received, logged into the system, and delivered, with tracking confirmation, to the individual throughout corporate campus daily
Ensures adequate amounts of copy printer paper (legal, letter, tabloid) are placed in each copy area
Maintains all corporate campus fountain beverage machines to ensure optimal and healthy operation
Maintains current knowledge of USPS, FedEx, and Record Storage Systems procedures and guidelines
Ensures AP check mailings and other mass mailings or internal distributions for various departments are processed through the inserter folder machine, metered mail daily, and processed timely to ensure deadlines are met
Provides support for corporate office moves, high-profile campus events (setups and restorations), and backup support for large copy room and print job service requests
Operates the Employee Beverage Store relative to inventory, organization, and sales
Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Familiarity and competence with a variety of software packages and apps (Microsoft Office, email, and SmartPhone apps)
Ability, willingness, and desire to learn the Coca-Cola Consolidated business operations with a goal of future growth and development

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
