Illustrator – Board Game Art & Social Media This role is ideal for a creative illustrator or graphic designer passionate about board games and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for producing original artwork and updating graphic design elements for a board game project, as well as creating engaging social media visuals to promote the game. The position is fully remote and ongoing, offering the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a unique board game and its online presence. Deliverables • Create high-quality illustrations for board game components, including cards, boards, and packaging. • Update and refine existing graphic design assets to enhance gameplay and visual appeal. • Design and produce regular social media artwork to support promotional campaigns and community engagement. • Collaborate closely with the board game designer to ensure artwork aligns with the game's theme and vision. • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use, ensuring all assets meet production specifications. Requirements • Proven experience in illustration and graphic design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing board game or similar creative projects. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography. • Ability to create both detailed illustrations and clean, functional graphic layouts. • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging concepts for social media content. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Availability for ongoing collaboration and timely delivery of assets.
