Duties
Ā Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Ā Train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
Ā Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ā Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
Ā Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ā Implement hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Ā Monitor front desk performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Ā Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management.
Skills
Ā Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ā Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ā Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
