The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are a family-oriented Ice Cream and Candy shop with a reputation delivering excellent service. Duties Greet customers warmly. Assist customers with their orders. Process transactions using Square POS. Scoop Ice Cream, prepare milkshakes, sundaes, floats and more. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times. Servers must wear a hat, or hair net, and gloves while serving food items. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store at all times. Open store in on time and accordance with procedures. Keep food items and consumables organized and stocked. Receive and check in deliveries from Vendors. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with Square systems is a plus Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations Job Type: Part-time Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Benefits: Shift: Application Question(s): Are you a U.S. Citizen?
