As an IAM Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IAM solutions. Primary Responsibilities Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clientsLead architecture and design new IAM solutionsLead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussionsLead IAM technology assessments and health checksAssist in communicating IAM program strategy and success to executive managementInstallation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutionsDevelop and perform testing for IAM solutionsProvide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessaryMaintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLCTroubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product supportRemain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practicesOther duties as assigned Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of experience with IAM implementation/architecture, security consulting/administrationBachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field IAM Technology-specific, training/certificationCISSP certification is a plusKnowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & Administration Access, Management SSO, Federation Privileged Access Management, Enterprise DirectoriesExperience in Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming Additional Information IDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions.
