Position: Hybrid-Systems Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA and Strongsville, OH
Duration: Contract to hire
Candidate Technical and skills profile:
Key responsibilities:
- Managing Print support task- Working w/line of business to related issues
- Printing infrastructure- successful printages
- Lead meetings with Ricoh
- Work with other technology groups within Client to mitigate
- Day to day hardware support - physical presence at the hub
- Side note: desktop support within this role part of cross training and use the resources as needed.
SOS , windows, MAC, vulnerability remediation and advanced trouble shooting for desktop
Must have technical skills/experience:
Technical skills: troubleshooting methodology- Their team currently does not have a subject matter expert
Scripting ability languages in Powershell and batch scripting ; automation, too.
Out of these skills that you listed which version will they be using?
OS Versions- Windows 11 and MAC OS 13
Flex skills: If they don't have scripting that's okay.
Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
- Written and Oral to communicate effectively and address things in a tactful matter
- 3rd level support role; therefore, patience is important as customers can be frust d by the time they get to their group
Degrees or certifications:
Aside from the required skills and experience. what are the top few items you look for when looking at a resume?
- OS programs; hardware; Print environment; or Riccoh; HP experience
- What have they done with the program Streamline equivalent- Enterprise Solutions would be a key driver.
- Larger format printers that they handle as well, so how do those skills translate.
