Tyler Technologies is hiring an Operations Intern to join our Professional Services & Revenue Management teams in Orono, ME. This internship is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop key skills in operations, project coordination, and business analysis. This will be a part-time internship with an expected 20-30 hours per week in our Orono, ME office location.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects that support revenue management and professional services.
• Analyze business processes and training documentation and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support data integrity, reporting, and project tracking across multiple systems and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve internal controls.
• Help prepare presentations and training documentation for professional services training.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and resources that support service delivery and revenue tracking.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members across departments.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience handling and interpreting data from various systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous exposure to business operations, professional services, or finance environments is a plus.
