Conducting triage through phone consultations or in-home visits as required
Collaborating effectively with on-call physicians while maintaining precise documentation
Required Skills
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania
Valid Driver's License
A deep commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited institution
Prior experience in home health or geriatrics is preferred
