If you're looking for a career that's more than just a job, join our team and discover the arenaflex difference. **Responsibilities** As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers inside and outside our centers with arenaflex products and services, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs. * Utilizing smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations. * Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation for our customers. * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels, to maintain high standards of quality and safety. * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to empower informed decisions. * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing. * Installing hitches and trailer wiring, providing expert technical support to our customers. * Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) and driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment), demonstrating versatility and adaptability. * Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record. * A high school diploma or equivalent. **Work Environment** As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions.
