You will also be required to remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters, as well as identify, track, and trend issues for root cause elimination. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner * Assist with inquiries received via various channels, including email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat * Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues in a timely and effective manner * Engage third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to resolve customer issues * Remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers * Identify, track, and trend issues for root cause elimination to improve customer satisfaction and reduce repeat issues **Essential Qualifications** * At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment * Advanced typing/keyboarding skills (at least 40 wpm) * Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors * Flexibility to work in an evolving environment with changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to complete all required training and adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures **Preferred Qualifications** * Call center experience * Experience with billing, rate plans, and feature matters * Knowledge of AT&T's products and services * Experience with e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat **Education Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred **Experience Requirements** * At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment **Career Growth and Development Opportunities** blithequark offers paid training and resources to encourage career growth and development.
