The Role: Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing account and product inquiries, and performing account maintenance on our American Express Business Line of Credit and Business Blueprint products. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with account and product inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries. Perform account maintenance on American Express Business Line of Credit and Business Blueprint products, including checking, payment acceptance, and small business card products. Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions and concerns in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. Utilize our customer servicing model to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Support the Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests and providing solutions to their problems. Troubleshoot customer problems and determine how to resolve them in a timely and effective manner. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing practices. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Two years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication. Proven success in a customer service environment with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to manage change and continuous learning with a positive and adaptable attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Financial servicing experience with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
