HYBRID: Client Management Consultant
Description The Client Management Consultant (CMC) is a vital entry-level position for one of our clients, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring a seamless, world-class experience in their traveling needs. CMCs are responsible for managing client communications, coordinating flight logistics, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities -Deliver high-touch service via phone, email, and text -Gather and input flight itinerary details into internal systems -Coordinate with internal teams (Flight Planning, Flight Management) -Arrange catering and ground transportation -Resolve client issues with ownership and creativity -Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and upper management -Perform additional duties and projects as assigned Top 5 Must-Have Skills -Exceptional communication skills -Customer service excellence -Multitasking and attention to detail -Emotional intelligence -Flexibility and adaptability Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $20-$22/hr based on experience Shift Details: Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday -Saturday, They will always be 4 on, 3 off. Hybrid role: onsite days are Tuesday - Thursday Shifts: Candidates need to be flexible because they will be assigned based on need after mentorship period. Earliest Start: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Latest End: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Skills Excellent Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service Excellence, Multitasking & Attention to Detail, Flexibility & Adaptability, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ability to Handle Confidential Information, Creative Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Adaptability to Change Additional Skills & Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of customer service/call center experience -Aviation, hospitality, or luxury service experience is a plus -Passionate about service and eager to learn -Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
