Drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements. 2. Managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity. 3. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective resolution of cases. 4.
