Human Resources (HR) Intern
About the position
The HR Intern position at fairlife, LLC is designed for undergraduate students to gain practical HR Generalist experience over an 11-week summer internship. Interns will work closely with the HR team, supporting various HR functions and projects while engaging in professional development opportunities and networking with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Ā Lead projects in all facets of HR during the internship program.

Ā Assist in creating functional competencies for the organization.

Ā Own the creation of interview guides for different functions in the business.

Ā Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements.
,
Ā Assist the HR team in organizing special events at HQ or across all sites.
,
Ā Update job boards, screening forms, and handle applicants' resumes.
,
Ā Coordinate with prospective employees and schedule interviews.
,
Ā Maintain a well-organized and efficient central storage system for HR files.
Requirements
Ā Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program.

Ā Entering the fall semester as a junior or senior preferred.
,
Ā Preferred focus on Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or similar fields.
,
Ā Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
,
Ā Strong organizational skills.
,
Ā Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
,
Ā Strong communication skills.
,
Ā Ability to handle conflict and ambiguity.
,
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
