Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the success of current products and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with customer insights teams to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Develop and present product proposals, including business cases and financial projections, to senior leadership.
Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
Monitor and track industry and competitor developments to inform product strategy and development.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product development.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Continuously review and analyze product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments.
