Your Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Alignment - Manage the full lifecycle of attracting and connecting purpose-aligned individuals to internal projects and our mission-driven organisation.
Client & Team Relations - Provide expert HR guidance, foster inclusive cultures, and support organisational wellbeing.
Performance & Development Support - create actionable development plans and foster high-performing teams.
Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives - Champion equitable practices and diverse perspectives across our client projects.
Learning & Growth - Coordinate online training solutions that support professional and personal development.
HR Compliance & Administration - Ensure HR best practices are met across policies, systems, and contracts.
What We're Looking For:
ā¢ 5+ years of HR experience - Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or Organisational Development roles
ā¢ Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
ā¢ Exceptional interpersonal skills - Able to build trust, support clients, and mediate complex situations
ā¢ Tech-enabled - Comfortable with remote collaboration tools, CRM platforms, and social media engagement
ā¢ Growth-oriented mindset - Motivated by innovation, storytelling, coaching, and long-term career development
