A FULLY REMOTE, BOUTIQUE HEALTH CARE LAW FIRM is actively searching for a tech-savvy and versatile paralegal. This fully remote position offers a unique blend of both litigation and transactional duties. Work with experienced attorneys in supporting their clients in the areas of regulatory compliance, entity formations, corporate governance and maintenance, real estate, contracts, and litigation.
Duties include:
Draft and prepare legal documents
Client communication and management
Calendaring and managing client deadlines
File and serve pleadings for litigation and administrative matters
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision reimbursement; life insurance; participation in the company's retirement plan with 3% safe harbor contribution, 15 days of paid time off and paid court holidays.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in litigation in Washington State
Tech-savvy with proficiency in a legal case management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
