Position Summary:
Ā Participate in projects case types such as performance management (coaching, counseling, PIPs, etc.) and data/analysis
Ā Utilize previous experience handling conversations regarding delivery of performance improvement plans, terminations as well as ability to coach managers in these situations
Ā Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns
Ā Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Ā Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions
Ā Utilize demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
Ā Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
Ā High School Diploma or GED
Ā 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization
Ā Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
Ā Must be highly skilled in pivots, charts, data analysis and formulas
Ā Ability to multi-task under strict timelines
Ā Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Preferences:
Ā Knowledge of Google (G-Suite).Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat/GVC etc.
Ā Prior experience with ServiceNow
Ā Knowledge of LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana and DocuSign
