Human Resources Coordinator - Entry Level - Remote
Position Summary
GMG EnviroSafe provides EPA and OSHA compliance expertise and personal support to general industry throughout the United States and Canada. The Human Resources Coordinator of GMG EnviroSafe is responsible for performing various administrative functions within our HR Team to ensure our employees' needs are resolved promptly.
Essential Functions
· Provide support for various Human Resources functions including benefits and hiring.
· Act as primary contact for internal Fleet program by handling vehicle deliveries, vehicle transfers, documentation, GeoTab and communication with Fleet representative.
· Assist in event planning for various corporate events and be able to travel to these events.
· Create and distribute various company-wide communications and documentation.
· Assist with Open Enrollment each year using our EE Navigator system.
· Coordinate new hire on-boarding documents, check for accuracy and resolve any outstanding items.
· Provide support for TravelPerk, Uber and Ramp systems.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent work experience.
· Ability to work from home: functional computer, high-speed internet connection, and autonomous time management.
· Great communicator: clear, direct, and accessible. Comfortable listening, providing feedback, and reporting progress and results to leadership.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary Range: $40,000-$48,000 per year base salary with bonus opportunities
